Southpark is known for its abusive and outspoken episodes. In most of their episode, you will see that the episodes are mostly revolving around the current topics. The starting of this episode we notice that Cartman hates Kyle, Kyle is not well and Cartman spills milk out of his nose whenever he laughs too hard.

Stan goes and meets Kyle and realizes that he is not faking it. Kyle’s mother adds that Kyle is diabetic and his kidney is failing. The doctors wish for him to go through a surgery, but Kyle’ mother thinks it is too dangerous. Stan’s mother advice Kyle’s mom to try holistic medicines, from a new holistic medicine shop run by a woman named “Miss Information”.

Kyle’s mother takes Kyle to the shop, in order to see what she says about him his condition. Miss information claims that the reason for Kyle’s sickness is the intake of toxins which are all around us such as the eatables we consume such as soda, fried food extra. She further states that in order to cure Kyle he must take out all the toxins in his body, by using a toxin flushing diets. Amusing Kyle and Stan’s mother, but not Stan who questions her about the details about toxins but is quickly made quiet by his mother.

Miss Information gives out herbs made by Native Americans for Kyle’s kidney. After having the herbs she had recommended Kyle seemed to become worst. When Miss Information comes to see him she says it all okay since the toxins are flushing out of his system. Stanley becomes concern about his friend and goes to a doctor and discovers that his best friend Kyle needs a kidney transplant or else he would die and the only person who could help him is Cartman the ignorant boy who hates Kyle.

Cartman refuses to give his kidney to Kyle. Meanwhile, in Miss Information’s shop we see a great buzz of people collecting herbal products, and then out of the blue two supposedly “Native Americans” as claimed by Miss Information walks in the store. The people gather around them and ask them if they have any holistic items for them and they present to them many items which included Cherokee Hair Tampons.

Kyle’s Mother brings Kyle to see the “Native Americans” who seeing Kyle’s health exposes Miss Information for being a fraud and that they were Mexicans. The shoppers beat Miss Information up and an elaborative plan was made to fool Cartman into giving Kyle his Kidney. Unknowingly, the doctor gives Kyle the bad kidney which spilled out milk when every Cartman used to laugh.
