Southpark is known for its abusive and outspoken episodes. Most of their episodes revolve around current topics. At the start of this episode, we notice that Cartman hates Kyle, Kyle is not well, and Cartman spills milk out of his nose whenever he laughs too hard.
Stan goes and meets Kyle and realizes that he is not faking it. Kyle’s mother adds that Kyle is diabetic and his kidney is failing. The doctors wish for him to go through surgery, but Kyle’s mother thinks it is too dangerous. Stan’s mother advises Kyle’s mom to try holistic medicines, from a new holistic medicine shop run by a woman named “Miss Information”.
Kyle’s mother takes Kyle to the shop to see what she says about his condition. Miss Information claims that the reason for Kyle’s sickness is the intake of toxins that are all around us, such as the eatables we consume, such as soda and fried food etc.
She further states that to cure Kyle, he must take out all the toxins in his body by using a toxin-flushing diet. Amusing Kyle and Stan’s mother, but not Stan, who questions her about the details of toxins but is quickly made quiet by his mother.

Miss Information gives out herbs made by Native Americans for Kyle’s kidney. After getting the herbs she had recommended, Kyle seemed to get worse. When Miss Information comes to see him, she says it is all okay since the toxins are flushing out of his system.
Stanley becomes concerned about his friend and goes to a doctor and discovers that his best friend Kyle needs a kidney transplant or else he will die, and the only person who can help him is Cartman, the ignorant boy who hates Kyle.
Cartman refuses to give his kidney to Kyle. Meanwhile, in Miss Information’s shop, we see a great buzz of people collecting herbal products.
Then, out of the blue, two supposedly “Native Americans”, as Miss Information claims, walk into the store. The people gather around them and ask them if they have any holistic items for them, and they present to them many items, including Cherokee Hair Tampons.
Kyle’s Mother brings Kyle to see the “Native Americans” who, seeing Kyle’s health, expose Miss Information for being a fraud and that they were Mexicans.
The shoppers beat Miss Information up, and an elaborative plan was made to fool Cartman into giving Kyle his Kidney. Unknowingly, the doctor gives Kyle the bad kidney, which spills out milk when every Cartman used to laugh.
